About Our Presentation
The world is changing at an increasingly fast pace and quality professionals must adapt to this shifting landscape. Complacency is not an option for those who want a solid career path in the future.
Change management – the application of a structured process and set of tools for leading the people side of change to achieve a desired outcome – helps to manage risk and accelerate results. Done well, change management helps people feel engaged in the process and work collectively towards a common objective, realizing benefits and delivering results.
We no longer have the luxury of classifying change management as an elite process executed by change management experts, kept in reserve for large, sweeping changes. Change management is a necessary mindset for anyone involved efforts that require change.
In this session, Karen Maskell will explore a change management process, discuss best practices in change management and provide practical tips for achieving success.
