About Our Speaker

JoAnn Christensen has served in a variety of quality positions ranging from Training, Auditing, Complaints and Regulatory.  She holds a BS in Education and a Masters in Education from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of St. Thomas.  Her passion for Training and Adult Education began several years ago in the computer peripheral industry and progressed to BioTech, Food, and Medical Devices.  She is a Certified Quality Auditor and a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.
